Native Plant Month
April is recognized as native plant month in Ohio. To get in on the fun join in with our photo scavenger hunt or watch the video below to learn more about the key differences between native and invasive plants and the benefits of planting native.
Photo Scavenger Hunt
How do I play?
To complete the scavenger hunt you must take a picture of the at least 6 of the plants listed. At least one of the pictures must be of an invasive species. You can find them around parks or perhaps your yard. Once you complete the scavenger hunt either post your pictures to Facebook (and be sure to tag us) or stop by our office to show us your pictures and collect a prize.
