Stark SWCD 75th Annual Election
The Ohio Soil and Water Conservation Commission will cause an election of Supervisors of the Stark Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) to be held in accordance with Chapter 940 of the Ohio Revised Code. Individuals who own or occupy land within the Stark Soil and Water Conservation District and are 18 years of age or
older may vote for a Supervisor.
There are (3) three ways an eligible voter can cast a ballot:
At the SWCD office, 2650 Richville Dr. Suite 100, Massillon, Ohio 44646, from August 11th 2025, until September 9th 2025 during regular business hours,
At the SWCD Annual Meeting and Election, to take place at
Nickajack Farm, 2955 Manchester Ave NW, North Lawrence, OH 44666, on September 9th , 2025, 5:15pm to 6:00pm
Voting absentee August 11th , 2025, until September 9th , 2025, by requesting the ballot application and election ballot from the Stark SWCD office at the following address: 2650 Richville Dr., Suite 100, Massillon, Ohio 44646, by email jlevans@starkcountyohio,gov. or by phone 330-451-7645.
Absentee ballots must be in the SWCD office by September 9th, 2025 at 4:00pm.
One supervisor will be elected to a three-year term commencing
January 1st , 2026 and ending December 31st 2028.
